KAA Ghent ladies

Together with the ambitious leadership team and head coach of the Gent Ladies, we have helped professionalise this women's football team and have seen them become one of the top teams in Belgium. The victories in the glamorous cup finals in 2017 and 2019 leave a sweet aftertaste! Reflecting together, discussing and working in individual sessions, team sessions and training camps, these initiatives have brought out the best in the team since 2014. With a strong team culture and positive relationships between players and staff. The club has become one of the main suppliers of the national women's team (Red Flames) and at the same time a stepping stone for players for a career abroad.
