KAA Ghent Youth Teams

Since 2011 we work with the High Potentials of the Gent Academy to prepare them for a debut with the professional team. We help them to develop as young professional players and to realize their dream to become a pro football player. A trajectory with individual session, targeted observations during practice and games, productive team sessions and hilarious team building moments. We help the youth coaches in their development, we organise workshops tobuild their psychological skills and help them to coach their players in the best possible way. The whole academy is involved in the psychological support of the players.
