We were invited by the Sports Director of one of the main esports organisations in China to talk about performance psychology in esports. We delivered a workshop at their headquarters in Shanghai. A very interactive session with all coaches from their professional teams, most of them ex-players, all very new into the coaching profession and with great questions on supporting their players in high-pressure situations.
