In the media it started out as a breakthrough in football: a woman as mental coach joining the staff of a professional team in Belgium! Countless radio-interviews and newspapers articles zoomed in on the why and how. We started the season with a successful team building session and we build mental profiles of the players to support the coaching staff. It helped players and staff to identify the specific dynamics in the team and it was a great foundation for building individual plans for the players that were the basis for individual and team sessions. Always in close collaboration with the coaching staff and the medical staff.
